Magnetic quantum currents in the presence of a Neumann wall

The Schrodinger operator with a constant magnetic field on a half-plane with Neumann boundary conditions is considered. Low energy currents flowing along the boundary are analyzed and used to establish a limiting absorption principle for the electrically perturbed operator.
