Breakthrough IFDs were uncommon in patients who received MATs for prophylaxis. and species were the most commonly reported breakthrough pathogens. The discontinuation of MATs due to ADRs was infrequent. These findings support prophylactic strategies with isavuconazole, posaconazole, and voriconazole in high-risk patients.
