摘要

Fractional-Flow-Reserve (FFR) is the gold-standard for guiding revascularisation decisions in intermediate coronary lesions (40%–69%). Several attempts to calculate a three-dimensional-quantitative angiography based FFR has had limited uptake due to high real-world variability, inaccuracy, exclusion rates and poor workflow. CAAS-vFFR (Pie-Medical) has recently been developed with good preliminary results from industry sponsored validation studies.
