摘要
The legacy effect in the spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) is the sustained decrease in blood pressure (BP) after early inhibition of the renin angiotensin system (RAS). Although telomere length (TL) and TL maintenance genes have been implicated in hypertension, their involvement in the legacy effect is less explored. We examined TL and its maintenance genes in hearts and kidneys in the legacy effect of SHR.
