摘要
Anthracycline therapy (ANT) has been shown to damage the microcirculation in an animal model. There is limited evidence on the acute effect of ANT on coronary physiology in humans. Coronary flow velocity reserve (CFVR) by echocardiography provides an integrated assessment of coronary physiology. We sought to investigate the acute effect of ANT therapy in breast cancer patients on CFVR.
