Genesis of the Meng’entaolegai Ag–Pb–Zn polymetallic deposit, inner Mongolia, Northeastern China

•Precise geochronology define the magmatism and mineralization age.•The Late Triassic weakly Mo mineralization and Late Jurassic Ag–Pb–Zn mineralization.•The in situ Sulfur isotope data herein confirm the sulfur was mainly derived from a magmatic source.
