摘要
This paper is a continuation of the work presented at the previous PES16 conference. The authors present communication problems in power substations, leading to EPS sub-area separation (carried out in the intentional mode). The published content emphasizes, standing higher in the PES decision-making hierarchy, the selection of stations through which the division boundary could pass (binodality, flow tracking). The paper will address chosen aspects of the details of the substation control system response. The authors present the possibilities and advantages of extending the mathematical model of substation operation with algorithms based on the NCP (Nonlinear Complementary Problem) method.
