摘要
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is associated with severely reduced quality of life (QoL). Despite its growing prevalence, efficacious therapeutics to improve QoL remain limited, largely owing to the incomplete understanding of underlying contributors to reduced QoL in patients with HFpEF. 1 Bohmke NJ Billingsley HE Kirkman DL Carbone S. Specifically, actigraphy is less intrusive and more cost-effective and is practical for real-time data collection over days or even weeks. 3 Conley S Knies A Batten J et al. This study aimed to investigate the relation between objectively measured night-time SE and QoL in patients with HFpEF. We hypothesized that in patients with HFpEF, decreased SE would be associated with worse QoL.
