摘要

•A solar-assisted heat pump with photovoltaic thermal modules (PVT-HP) is studied.•R1234ze(E) and R152a exhibit a higher coefficient of performance than R134a.•All low-GWP refrigerants effectively decrease CO2 emissions.•R152a is the most suitable alternative to R134a in PVT-HPs.
