摘要
The growing penetration of inverter-based technologies in the low-voltage (LV) grid, such as electric vehicle charging stations or photovoltaic panels, has increased the presence of high-frequency disturbances in the 2–500 kHz band. Currently, there is not a fully defined regulation for the characterization of the conducted distortions in this band. This contribution analyzes the current measurement framework for conducted disturbances in the 2–500 kHz band based on existing standards. For this purpose, the impact on the measurement results of the characteristics and configuration of measurement methods and the maximum levels defined for grid disturbances have been analyzed. Moreover, the parameters involved in the computation of spectral results are analyzed in detail, from the widowing of the Fourier transforms to the detectors. The objective of this study is to define the basis for a future measurement method that covers the entire 2–500 kHz band. The critical aspects that must be covered by a common method that meets these requirements have been identified. Last, the paper presents a set of recommendations for the choice of optimal characteristics and parameters for the definition of a new measurement method.
