摘要

•RM/GA photobiocomposite was synthesized by low-cost and environmentally-materials.•Bactericidal and photobactericidal ability of RM/GA composite were evaluated againstS. aureus and E. coli bacteria.•An effective degradation of bacteria under UV irradiation was achieved.
