and are prominent, globally distributed cyanobacteria genera with ecological significance. Here, we report the genomes of the marine sp. CCMP836 and two strains of (CZS25K and CZS48M) along with the genomes of 17 co-occurring proteobacteria. These genomes will improve the strain-specific ecological positions.
