摘要

To the best of our knowledge, we report the first experimental study, which shows Terahertz (THz) birefringence and dichroism in the range of 0.2 THz to 2.5 THz in Fe doped $\beta-Ga_{2}O_{3}$ and compares its THz spectral transmission with the undoped $Ga_{2}O_{3}$.
