Design and Analysis of a Long Arm Heavy Duty Fully Automatic Loading Robot

In response to the problem of high logistics costs and low handling efficiency in domestic goods loading tasks, this article designs an automatic loading robot for multi-specification carriages and cargoes. The loading robot reasonably arranges the mechanical transmission part, designs the electronic control part and the recognition system part. The robot consists of six independently designed joints and can automatically detect the loading environment. This article establishes a kinematic model of the loading robot. The maximum equivalent stress and maximum displacement analysis of the telescopic mechanism are conducted on the ANSYS Workbench platform. Under the condition that the maximum equivalent stress and maximum displacement of the telescopic mechanism meet the working requirements, the experimental verification shows that the end deformation displacement and simulation displacement error is 0.9%, which is within the acceptable range of engineering tolerance.
