摘要
Recent advances have been made in the accessibility and awareness of affinity groups in remote sensing. Groups like Sisters of SAR and Ladies of Landsat provide networks of support while also taking action to make remote sensing more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just. In this paper, we use scenario development and thematic analysis approaches to identify concrete actions and ideas for achieving an inclusive future in remote sensing. We describe an inclusive future, five paths for achieving this, three indicators of success, and seven actions to start making a difference.
