Fabrication and characterization of terahertz zone plates based on foil stamping technique

We present a simple and inexpensive method for producing terahertz zone plates (THz-ZP) using the foil stamping technique. Two different zone plates as spiral zone plate (l=1) and Fresnel zone plate (l=0) were investigated and illustrated in both simulation and experiment. Both zone plates have a focal length of 50 mm in the operating frequency of 0.36 THz.
