Multiphysics coupling effect in waveguide filter is increasingly obvious with the operating frequency going up to THz by degrees. This paper uses a novel parametric modeling method combining space mapping technique and neuro-transfer function to accelerate Multiphysics modeling of microwave components by electromagnetic single physics simulation. This proposed method had the computational efficiency of EM single physics simulation and accurate multiphysic response of multiphysics simulation combined. Finally this method is applied to a 83GHz E-plane waveguide filter to figuratively demonstrate its process.
