Ultrafast Charge Transfer in a CVD-Grown Graphene/MoS2 Heterostructure

We characterize the dynamics of inter-layer charge transfer in a CVD-grown monolayer graphene-MoS 2 heterostructure via ultrafast differential pump-probe reflectivity. Stretched exponential dynamics are observed, indicating that the interlayer transfer is dominated by disorder in layered structure.
