摘要

A circularly polarized light source with ultrathin geometry were demonstrated by integrating the WSe ₂ atomic layers with plasmonic chiral metasurfaces. The intrinsic chiral emission of WSe ₂ was manipulated by chiral metasurfaces to achieve emission circular dichroism more than 25%.
