摘要
In this paper, polypropylene and poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was Melt blended and the effect of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) as compatibilizer was studied. CPE was effective in compatibilizing the component of PP and PVDF. The addition of CPE improved the crystallization of PVDF component through promoting its crystallization speed, increasing the crystallization temperature and crystallization degree. The improvement in the morphology and structure of the samples by CPE results in the increase in tensile strength and storage modulus of the prepared samples. The increase in tensile strength is 11 % (the elongation at break is also increased a little) at 6 wt%CPE loading. Besides, the increase in dielectric permittivity at 10 3 Hz are 9.0% and 12 % for the systems containing 6 wt% and 10 wt% CPE, respectively, which makes the prepared samples more attractive in application.
