摘要

In this report, the developments of terahertz electronic devices in Aerospace Information Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences are reported, in which the 0.5THz backward wave tube, extended interaction klystron including G-and Y-band, and traveling wave tube (TWT) including the W/G/Y-band TWT.
