Magnetic force calculation of static magnetic field of two-dimensional element in MFS

Any ferromagnetic object and current-carrying conductor in a magnetic field will be subjected to forces, And the electromagnetic force has a good elimination (increase) eddy current effect. So the calculation of electromagnetic force is an important part of electromagnetic field analysis. At present, MFS (magnetic focusing simulator) does not have the function of magnetic force calculation. Therefore, this paper mainly deduces a method to calculate the electromagnetic force and adds it to MFS. This method uses the principle of virtual work and the finite element method to obtain more accurate magnetic field force results. Finally, the two-dimensional axisymmetric model was used for verification, and compared with CST and Maxwell, the electromagnetic force calculation results were in good agreement.
