A novel electrocatalyst containing amorphous FeSeOx and Mo doped NiSe2 (denoted as FeSeOx/Mo-NiSe2) was developed via pseudocrystalline replication method and selenization treatment, and heteroatom doping and amorphous and crystalline (a-c) interface enables attractive OER performances.
