摘要
During pregnancy, significant changes occur in pro- and anticoagulant links of hemostasis, which creates the preconditions for the development of hypercoagulation. SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection itself contributes to the development of endotheliopathy in various organs and tissues, leading to thrombotic microangiopathy. Coagulopathy in COVID-19 is a model of immunothrombosis supported by several mechanisms. Therefore, the effect of COVID-19 on the course of pregnancy is an important medical and social problem, since thromboinflammation and endotheliopathies formed against COVID-19 can cause placentaassociated complications and microthromboses. Conclusion. Pregnant patients with high concentrations of D-dimer and inflammatory markers should be constantly monitored by an obstetrician-gynecologist and, in the absence of contraindications to anticoagulants, should receive prophylactic doses of low-molecular-weight heparin. Key words: COVID-19, hemostasis, thrombotic microangiopathy, hyperinflammation, ADAMTS13/vWF
