Acute Chagas Disease Presenting as Preseptal Cellulitis

Chagas disease, also known as American trypanosomiasis, is caused by Trypanosoma cruzi, a parasite transmitted by hematophagous triatomine insects (subfamily Triatominae) belonging to the Reduviidae family, order Hemiptera.
