Molecular Characteristics of Advanced/recurrent Endometrial Cancer Patients with Non-Specific Molecular Profile (1302)

Molecular classification over histology is increasingly important in the management of endometrial cancer. The Cancer Genomic Atlas (TCGA) established four genomic groups of endometrial cancer. The non-specific molecular profile (NSMP) or copy number low (CNL) subtype emerged as a heterogenous group with an intermediate prognosis. The objective of this study was to characterize the cohort of NSMP patients with regard to identifiable targetable mutations.
