EP03.03-09 Impact of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors on the Immune Response to SARS CoV2 Vaccination in Patients with Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

SARS-CoV-2 vaccine protection in lung cancer patients may be impaired by immune dysregulation due to the underlying oncologic disease and its treatment. Available research has demonstrated that antibodies synthesis by B-cells play a significant role in the control and clearance of SARS-CoV2 virus. However, information about the influence of targeted therapy on immune protection derived from COVID-19 vaccination is scarce. Consequently, this study aimed to explore seroconversion and changes in B-cell subsets derived from SARS-CoV2 vaccination in both healthy individuals and NSCLC patients undergoing targeted therapy for EGFR and ALK alterations.
