P1.12-01 CD66c Activates EGFR Signalling Pathway and Promotes EMT in Lung Adenocarcinoma
Journal of Thoracic Oncology(2023)
摘要
Transcriptome sequencing on patient derived lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) organoids have shown carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule (CEACAM) family to be commonly upregulated. CEACAM6(CD66c) is the most abundantly overexpressed gene amount CEACAM family. CD66c promotes cell migration, invasion, and cytoskeletal rearrangement via modulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and EGFR signalling pathways in other human cancers. However, the function of CD66c in LUAD remains elusive.
