摘要
Immunotherapy alone is a standard of care for mNSCLC with PD-L1 tumor proportion score >50%. In melanoma and renal cell carcinoma, patients with eosinophilia has been linked with favorable response and survival outcomes. The role of eosinophils within the tumor microenvironment (TME) is unclear. There is evidence that they can promote anti-tumor T cell responses. In contrast, tumor-associated neutrophils are immunosuppressive and high neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is associated with poor prognosis.
