Automated and tracer-independent generation of a total-body PET/CT normative database for future holistic patient analysis

Ziel/Aim We present a fully-automated methodology to demonstrate proof of concept of a voxel-based normative database (NormDB) using total-body PET/CT images. The NormDB shall be used as a reference standard for quantifying voxel-wise deviations of tracer uptake of cancer patients against a normal control cohort.
