摘要
A two-level molecular stack composed of a point-chiral element (α-cyclodextrin) and an axially chiral element (biphenyl) is shown. Operators are setting the key noncovalent interactions (hydrogen bonds) that allow efficient and persistent stereocommunication between the two levels. This approach enables fine tuning of chiroptical properties of the cage-like molecule with stimuli such as solvent and temperature. More information can be found in the Research Article by D.
