摘要

Many patients with malignant tumors develop bone metastases which can cause skeletal related events (SREs) during their life. Bone Modifying Agents (BMA) are widely used in various types of cancer to prevent SREs. Osteonecrosis of the Jaws (ONJ) is a relatively rare but serious adverse event of BMA and can be caused by other drugs like angiogenesis inhibitors. However, its frequency and risk factors are still unknown.
