Efficacy of CGT (calendula-ginger-turmeric) ointment in bovine papillomatosis

Bovine papillomavirus (BPV) is a global concern due to its wide distribution and the wide range of benign and malignant diseases it can induce. Papillomas appear with high frequency in cattle, being discovered, in this species, 13 types of papillomavirus to date. It affects all age groups, but the highest incidence is in youth. Papillomas can appear on any region of the body, lesions on the nipples leading to impaired milking and reduced milk yield, with significant effects on production and economics.
