摘要

Optical Nano-Biosensors An optical nanobiosensor is reported in article number 2201261 by Jacob Waitkus and co-workers. Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) allows for sensitive detection of alterations to the local refractive index surrounding unique gold nanomushroom structures. The resultant novel device is extended to combine with a CRIPSR-Cas13a assay for specific viral detection of target RNA.
