摘要
Introduction: Several recent studies have shown that pituitary adenoma growth and extension patterns into sellar and parasellar structures may differ by adenoma subclass. Much of this research, however, has been focused on somatotroph adenomas, and the patterns of parasellar structure invasion by corticotroph adenomas remain to be characterized. This study aims to compare different patterns of local structure invasion by silent corticotroph adenomas (SCAs) with other nonfunctional pituitary adenomas (NFPAs).
