Targeted LNPs Delivery to the Bone Marrow In article number 2301377, Dana Tarab-Ravski, Dan Peer, and co-workers develop targeted lipid nanoparticles to efficiently deliver therapeutic RNA to multiple myeloma cells in the bone marrow. In a novel xenograft multiple myeloma (MM) mouse model, this delivery system demonstrates its ability to specifically target MM cells and produce a positive clinical outcome in mice engrafted with MM.
