Temperature field calculation of the PMSM with hollow shaft oil injection cooling structure based on equivalent thermal network model

In order to improve the calculation efficiency of the temperature field for the permanent magnet synchronous motor with the hollow shaft oil injection cooling structure, the equivalent thermal network model is proposed. The convection heat transfer on the surface of the end winding during oil injection process is simulated, and the relationship between the convection heat transfer coefficient and the speed of the motor is obtained by curve fitting. The temperature of each part in the motor under three operation conditions is calculated and verified by CFD simulation.
