转炉炉料配比对渣钢间锰分配比影响的试验研究

Abstract
采用转炉双渣脱磷、少渣冶炼的工艺进行锰矿直接合金化工艺.选取终点炉渣和钢水的样品进行化学成分和矿相检测,分析试验中不同锰矿、造渣料最佳配比对渣钢间锰分配比的影响.采用试验设计的炉料配比,得到的锰收得率为 15.87%~79.3%,平均为45.05%;渣钢间锰分配比为21.97~37.96,平均为31.17;铁水脱磷率86%~92%,平均为88%.第 9 组、第 4 组和第 13 组的炉料配比得到的渣钢间锰分配比较低,在 22~25.影响渣钢间锰分配比的主要因素是钢水温度、终点碳含量、炉渣碱度和氧化铁,得到了这些因素与渣钢间锰分配比之间的定量关系.获得低锰分配比的炉料配比是石灰比例为25%~30%,烧结矿比例为30%~40%,锰矿比例为15%~20%,轻烧白云石比例为20%~30%.
