摘要
With the improvement of science and technology, more and more activities can be carried out indoors. Generally speaking, people spend 70-90 % of their life indoors. Therefore, the quality of indoor air is closely related to people's health. It is very important and necessary to carry out the online in situ detection of indoor air pollution. In this paper, laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technology and single particles aerosol mass spectrometer (SPAMS) technology are used to detect indoor air pollution caused by electronic welding operation. In the process of electric welding operation, a large amount of smoke containing metal particles is produced, which is very harmful to human health and the environment. According to the experimental results, the main components in the smoke are Pb and Sn. Their isotope and abundance information are also obtained. Moreover, the online monitoring of indoor carbon concentration during continuous operation is conducted. In addition, the semi quantitative analysis of Pb and Sn in smoke is performed. Finally, combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and error back propagation artificial neural network (BP-ANN), different smoke are classified and identified.
