1.IMiDs inhibit the degradation of thrombospondin-1 in human megakaryocytes, resulting in the aberrant accumulation of thrombospondin-1.2.The increment of thrombospondin-1 which promotes the multimerization of vWF could be associated with increased risk of IMiDs-induced VTEs.
