摘要

•MIL-68-NH2 was modified with chloroacetic acid to produce CA@MIL-68-NH2.•Lanthanide (Ln = Tb, Nd, Eu) was successfully impregnated within CA@MIL-68-NH2.•Photo-catalytic performance Ln@CA@MIL-68-NH2 was studied for sulfa drugs.•Degradation of sulfamethazine and sulfanilamide reached 99.8 % and 93.3 %, respectively.•Photo-degradation of sulfa drugs was accelerated by 2.4–3.8 times.
