Recurrent Ventricular Fibrillation Treated with Scar Homogenization in a Patient with Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy
HeartRhythm case reports(2024)
摘要
Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy is a myocardial disease characterized by the loss of myocytes and fibrofatty replacement of the ventricular myocardium, predisposing to ventricular tachycardia (VT) or fibrillation (VF), and sudden cardiac arrest.1 An implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) is the only effective therapy for the prevention of sudden cardiac death.
