Preparation of KAlCl4/ZSM-5@ γ-Al2O3 hollow core-shell catalyst and its study on the disproportionation of methylchlorosilanes

The ZSM-5@γ-Al2O3 hollow core-shell support was prepared by using hydrothermal synthesis and liquid phase encapsulation method and loaded with double salt MtAlCl4 (MtK, Li, Cs, Rb) by high-temperature impregnation. The MtAlCl4/ZSM-5@γ-Al2O3 catalyst disproportionation preparation M2 was studied, indicating that the double salt with the best catalytic effect was KAlCl4, and when the loading ratio of KAlCl4 double salt was 10 %, the K/Al molar ratio was 1:2, the dipping time of AlCl3 was 3 h, the amount of catalyst was 0.7 g, the volume ratio of reactant (M1/M3) was 1:2, and the reaction temperature was 200 °C, the yield of M2 was best and was 72.48 %. The results of XRD, XPS, FT-IR, BET, TGA, SEM, TEM, and Py-IR were consistent with the experimental data, which showed that catalytic efficiency was related to Lewis acid content, indicating that Lewis acid was key to improving catalytic performance.
