摘要
Fe-based amorphous coatings (Fe-based AMCs) were fabricated on Q 235 substrate by detonation spraying and their corrosion and tribo-corrosion properties were conducted systematically. In the absence of a sliding test during polarization, a bipolar passive film, comprising Cr2O3 and MoO3, formed on the coating's surface, acting as a barrier to the corrosive medium. The emergence of crystalline phases led to the onset of a micro-galvanic effect, which subsequently became the predominant factor in the corrosion process. Throughout the tribo-corrosion assessment, the total material loss of coatings was found to be closely associated with their mechanical properties and electrochemical behaviors. The wear resulting from the corrosion phenomenon was identified as the primary contributor to the functional deterioration of Fe-based AMCs.
