摘要
Community-driven portals are websites that can act to facilitate the coordination of community efforts, enable bidirectional data flow, facilitate access to resources (e.g. data services and guidelines), and promote best practice. As a result, web portals were considered crucial for accelerating research during the COVID-19 pandemic1,2. Here, we identify the lessons learned when establishing and operating a community-driven web portal, particularly during emergency situations.
