摘要
Wearable electronic sensor technologies have gained extensive interest in recent years owing to the potential application in health care. However, the existing wearable electronic devices have low reproducibility, complex preparation process, and show limited compatibility with the integrated system as well as textiles. Here, we report a wearable temperature monitoring and fever alarm system integrated with a T-shirt, the electronics of which are fabricated by a low-cost and easy-operating approach based on inkjet and dispensing printing. The system could monitor body temperature in real time and trigger an alarm signal in the event of a fever. The system allows for high sensitivity of 0.071 °C−1 and excellent linearity of 0.999 (from 30 to 50 °C), a high resolution of 0.2 °C, and high stability against repeated bending and deformation of 500 times. It is unaffected by the bending angle when applied to the surface of human skin and is also resistant to interference from sweat and washing powder. In addition, there is long-term stability and dynamic monitoring capability, which allows accurate temperature monitoring even after one month and is unaffected by normal movement. This work provides an easy strategy to make high-performance wearable electronics for health monitoring.
