Multimodality Imaging of Acute Myocarditis in Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) Following CAR-T Therapy

Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy is a novel immunotherapy with promising results for patients with advanced malignancies (1). Cytokine Release Syndrome is an adverse effect of this therapy, associated with multi-organ, including cardiovascular complications (1). We describe a case of CAR-T cell associated cardiotoxicity and the associated multimodality imaging findings.
