Avacopan for the Treatment of ANCA-Associated Vasculitis (N Engl J Med 2021;384:599-609). An error in the conversion rates used to convert various glucocorticoids to prednisone equivalent resulted in an underestimate of the steroid dose administered in both treatment groups. Near the bottom of Table 1 (page 603), the values in the "Total prednisone-equivalent dose" row should have been 907.3 +/- 1145.9 for the avacopan group, rather than 654.0 +/- 744.4, and 978.0 +/- 1157.5 for the prednisone group, rather than 727.8 +/- 787.8. In the "Daily prednisone-equivalent dose" row, the values should have been 64.8 +/- 81.9 for the avacopan group, rather than 46.7 +/- 53.2, and 69.9 +/- 82.7 for the prednisone group, rather than 52.0 +/- 56.3.
