摘要
This paper introduced a metallic glass coating, Fe50.5Cr20Mo15Ni5B4.5Cu2.5Si1.8C0.6 (wt.%), deposited via high velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) spraying. The phase composition, thermodynamic stability, microstructure, nanomechanical characteristics, and wear performance at different temperatures were investigated. The coating exhibited an amorphous/nanocrystalline structure and a crystallization temperature of 632 ℃. The hardness and creep displacements were (11.01±1.24) GPa and 23nm, respectively. After annealing at 300 ℃ and 600 ℃, the corresponding hardness increased to (15.12±1.20) GPa and (17.24±1.49) GPa, while the creep displacements decreased to 7nm and 5nm. The wear rate showed a positive correlation with temperature (T1/2), while the friction coefficient displayed a negative correlation. This study provided new insights into the elevated-temperature wear characteristics of Fe-based metallic glass coatings.
