Comparative Study of Urban Power Grid Resilience Models: Addressing Extreme and Major Events
2024 9th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)(2024)
摘要
Urban power grids (UPGs) constitute a pivotal facet of foundational energy infrastructure, their stable functionality being indispensable for the well-ordered operation of societal functions. Amid escalating challenges posed by natural disasters and anthropogenic interventions, scholarly investigation into the resilience of UPGs assumes heightened significance. Furthermore, the surge in economic development has precipitated a rise in the frequency of major events. Reducing the use of backup power resources while ensuring the smooth progress of major events becomes a noteworthy issue. To explore the power safety demand in different operational scenarios, this paper analyzes the resilience modeling in three stages: before, during, and after the event. A comparative study is conducted, seeking methods to integrate existing resilience and backup technologies to enhance the emergency management level of UPGs and ensure safe power supply.
